  • Preparation, Drafting and appearance  of various in cases in Writs, SLPs , Review Petitions, Appeals etc before Supreme Court and High Courts. 
  • Preparation, Drafting and appearance before NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, NGT, CAT and before various other courts/tribunals/authorities in various matters.
  • Appearing virtually as well as in person before various Courts and Tribunals or before various adjudicating authorities in the various matters.
  • Contributing towards Firm’s Practice, Business and Brand development and continuously strengthening it by;
  1. Actively performing and contributing towards the firm’s clients and further, meeting clients, associates, colleague, corporates, organisations in or outside state.

Internship Opportunities

We have few opportunities of internships herein at Dubey Law Associates LLP. At this moment, we are offering few internships (both in office and virtual) so that this pandemic could not affect law students from learning. As we can’t share our research tools like SCC to the remote access therefore for virtual internships, the candidates, who have the access of the research tools like SCC, Manupatra etc. be preferred. The internship programmes is focused on the content development for the firm therefore the candidates are expected to develop legal content, do legal research, write articles & blogs, drafting, preparation of presentations, webinars and other misc. task or assignments, whichever would be assigned.

The students, who are in 3rd year or above in 5 years LLB Programme or in 2nd year or above in 3 years LLB Programme may apply. LLM students may also apply. The candidates who possess excellent academic record, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, possess right attitude and temperament, possess good communication and interpersonal skill would be preferred. Previous internships, research, publication, articles, blogs would carry appropriate weightage.  

On successful completion of full time internship for the specified period, the certificate of internship will be awarded. The candidates who opt for long term in-office internships or the candidates who are pursuing LLM, will be awarded higher stipend. There will be no application charges for virtual or in-office Internship application as we discourages such practices which put hinderance in the path of learning. Further, no stipend will be awarded to the virtual/online interns.
